On 10 October 2013 at Millvale House Levin, aged 90 years.

Loved husband of the late Sarah, and dad of Vivien & Bernard, Jim & Marilyn, Peter & Lynne (all of Wellington).

Loved grandad of all his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Many thanks to all of the staff at Millvale for their care.

A service for Jim will be held at Harvey’s Chapel, 284 Oxford Street, Levin on Tuesday 15th October at 1.30pm followed by private cremation at Horowhenua Crematorium, Levin.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated and can be left at the service.
