Loving grandpa of Katie, Sam. Natalie, Thomas, Alex, Daniel, Louise, Kelly-Rose, Thomas, Olivia.

A heartfelt thanks to all of the staff at the Madsion for their wonderful care given to Tom.

A service to farewell Tom will be held at St Andrews Anglican Church, Mokena Kohere Street, Manakau on Friday 5 July at 11.00am followed by private cremation at Horowhenua Crematorium, Levin.

In lieu of flowers donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
