As a result of an accident, Betty passed away peacefully at Beetham Healthcare on 10th June 2013. In her 86th year.

Much loved wife of Bob for 63 years. Loved mum of Susan and friend of Michael, Phillip (dec) and Christine (Christchurch), Graeme and Stacey (Australia), and Christopher and Giselle. Much loved Nanna of Tim, Kylie and Chris, James, Celeste, Sara-Jane and JR, Abigail, Eleanah, Malachi, Trent, and Sharne, and loved Great Nanna of Heliana. Much loved sister of Isabel and the late Jack, Doug (dec) and Gwen.
