Dearly loved husband of Kristine. Loved and respected father and father-in-law of Donna-Marie and Phil, Phillip, Aaron, and Stafford. Much loved grandfather of Alisha-Marie, Caleb, and Thomas. Much loved great-grandfather of Bella-Marie. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Leonie and Michael and the late Mary, Stafford, Charlie, and Janie. Loved son of Lula and Phillip. Loved by his many nieces and nephews.

A service for David will be held at the Kingdom Hall, 97 Newlands Road, Newlands on Monday 14 January 2013 at 2:00pm and will be followed by private cremation.
