O'BRIEN, JOSEPH (Joe)
On January 7, 2013 at Arohanui Hospice, Palmerston North in his 93rd year, after a short illness, surrounded by his family.

Much loved and cherished husband of Mary (dec). Devoted father and father-in-law of Tony & Shirley (Wellington), Gary & Maree (Levin), Mark & Su (Auckland), Julie & Rob (Wellington). Much loved and respected Poppa of his 16 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Arohanui Hospice, PO Box 5349, Palmerston North 4441 would be appreciated and may be left on the day of the service.

Joe's Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Church of St Francis de Sales, cnr Mersey & Clyde Sts, Island Bay on Monday, 14 January at 11am, followed by private cremation.

The Rosary will be recited at the Church of St Anthony's, Ludlam St, Seatoun on Sunday evening at 7pm.
