Peacefully on 5 January 2013, surrounded by his family at Arohanui Hospice,
Palmerston North. Aged 78 years.

Dearly loved husband of the late Bev.
Father and father in law of Carolyn and Mike Pinder, Brent and Sheryl, Stephanie and John Richardson (Brisbane) Ian and Vicky, stepfather of Christine and Evan O'Leary, Andrew and Debbie Ross, Jan and Les Thomas.

Loving Grandad to all his Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
Loved son of the late Viv and Myrtle, brother and brother in law of the late Joyce and George, and Uncle of Stephen and Heather Couper.

Many thanks to all the Arohanui Hospice staff and district nurses, and Danny from Health Care NZ for the care and support given.

A service for Don will be held at Shannon Volunteer Fire Station, Vogel Street, Shannon on Wednesday January 9 at 2pm, followed by private cremation.
