LAI, Shung Tak ( Norman ) - Passed away suddenly on 21 December 2012, at Middlemore Hospital, aged 78 years.

Dearly loved husband of the late Beverly; loving father and father-in-law of Diane & Brendan, Jason & Desma; loving Grandfather of Oliver, Benjamin, and Vin.

A service to celebrate the life of Norman will be held at the Cockburn Street Chapel, cnr Cockburn St & Onepu Rd, Kilbirnie on Thursday 3 January 2013 at 2:00pm, thereafter private cremation.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St John's , PO Box 10043, Wellington 6143 would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
