Taken tragically on the 16th December 2012 as the result of an accident.
Aged 56.

Dearly loved and treasured wife of Brent.

Much loved Mum and Mum-in-law of Anthony and Bronya, Kieran and Arishma, and Renee and Stefan.

Adoring Nana of Troy, Katelynn, Brooke and Beau.

Dearly loved eldest daughter of Brunie and the Late Charlie Beach.

Loved daughter-in-law of the late Phyllis & Russell Carter.

Much loved older sister of Bevan (Deceased), Philip, Lyndon & Lynda, Tony, Ken & Karen, Angie & Dean, & Vernon.

Much loved sister-in-law of Cheryl & Jim MacIntosh, Warwick & Rosemary Carter & Lynnette(Deceased) & Tony Donghi.

Much loved Aunty to all her nieces and nephews.

She will be very sadly missed.

Jackie will lie in state at the family home at 89 Kukutuaki Road, Koputoroa,
until her service on Saturday 22nd December 2012 at 2.00pm.
Thereafter interment at The Avenue Lawn Cemetery, Levin.
