Peacefully at home on 31 March 2012, aged 71 years.

Loved husband of Margaret.

Loving father and father in law of Wendy (Levin), JJ and Renee (Invercargill).
Loved granddad to Clark and Lily.

Grateful thanks to Dr Helen Winter and the Medical Oncology team at Palmerston North Hospital, Janice and the staff at Arohaniu Hospice and District Nurses for their care of John.

A service for John will be held at The Salvation Army Worship Centre, Durham Street, Levin on Thursday April 5, at 11.00am, followed by private cremation at Horowhenua Crematorium.

In lieu of flowers donations to Arohanui Hospice would be appreciated, these may be left at the service.
