Peacefully at Wellington Hospital after a long struggle, aged 58 years.

Dearly loved brother of Phillip and uncle of Charlotte, and good friend of Barry, and many others.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Cancer Society, 52 Riddiford St, Newtown would be appreciated or can be left at the service.

A funeral for Graeme will be held at the Harbour City Funeral Home Chapel, 665 High Street, Lower Hutt on Friday December 23, 2011 at 2:00pm thereafter private cremation.
