MARDON David Gordon

Passed away peacefully at St James Rest Home, on December 9, 2011, aged 84 years.

Dearly loved and devoted husband of Sylvia, treasured Dad and respected father-in-law of Jan and Russell Hayes, and Les, loved grandfather "Dave" to Rachael, Bridget and Aaron Hooper, and a loved great grandfather of Bryce David.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Canterbury Charity Hospital Trust, would be appreciated and may be made at the service or posted to PO Box 20409, Chch 8543.

At David's request a private Cremation has been held. To celebrate his life there will be a gathering at the Brooklands Volunteer Fire Station, 50 Harbour Road, Brooklands, on Saturday 17th December 2011 between 11a.m - 2.00p.m.
