Dearly beloved husband of Anna Minnie, dearly loved Father of Janet, Ann, Kay, Coral, & Nelson and Father in Law of Ashley, Max, Tony, Jacob, and Andrea, dearly loved Grandfather of Brigitte, Yvette, Kim, David, Eli, Vashti, Jesse, Aaron, Ayesha, and Great Grandfather of Carl, Mana, Beaumaris, Tamati, Angela, Ashleigh, Laurel, Tiger Lily, Mia, Leigh, Violet, Rose and Felix.

Dearly loved Uncle to his many nieces, nephews and their children.

The funeral service for Sam will be held at St. Hilda’s Anglican Church, 311 The Parade, Island Bay tomorrow (Tuesday) 6th December 2011 at 1:00pm.
