On 14 October, 2011 peacefully at Mary Potter Hospice.

Loving wife of Joe Montin and of the late Karl Smucar. Mother of Peter, Lisselle, Erica and mother in law to Trish. Grandmother to Darren, Debra and Paul and great grandmother to Connor and Katelyn.
