FOLEY Patricia Anne (Pat) - nee Adler
On September 16, 2011, suddenly at home, aged 73 years.

Much loved and cherished wife of Brian, dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Karen and Alan Slack, Sandra and the late Don Bailey, Donna, Tony and Jo.

Loved nana of Lewis, Che; Laura; Jacinta (deceased), Melanie, Amy, Logan; and Jaimie.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart Foundation would be appreciated and may be made at the service.

A Funeral Mass for Pat will be held in St Gregory's Catholic Church, 26 Cotswold Ave, Bishopdale, tomorrow (Thursday), at 1pm.

A Vigil will be held this evening at 5.30pm at the Church.
