Peacefully on Friday 26th August 2011 at the Woburn Home.

Much loved father and father in law of Vicky and Reece, Grant, Kathy, Brian and Michelle. Loved granddad of Nicholas, David, Jacob, Katie, and Renee.

Dad, may you rest in peace.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer's Society 55 Hutt Road, Petone or can be left at the service.

A service to give thanks for Clay's life will be held in the Harbour City Funeral Home Chapel, 665 High Street, Lower Hutt on Thursday September 1st 2011 at 1:30pm thereafter interment at the Taita Cemetery.
