Brian (Doc) Monk
(late of Makara) passed away on 27 April 2011, peacefully at Wellington Hospital, aged 81 years.

Dearly loved husband of Gay;
brother of Geoff & Margarette and Janice & Eric;
loved uncle of his nieces and nephews.
Special friend to Isabell & Graham (Hawkes Bay).

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society of NZ, 52 Riddiford St, Wellington would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

A celebration of Brian's life will be held at Old St. Paul's, 34 Mulgrave St, Thorndon on Wednesday 4 May 2011 at 11am, thereafter private cremation.
