Passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday 13th March 2011, Aged 93 years.

Loved husband of Dora (nee Edmonds), loved father of Gloria, David, Rosalind, Thomas, Colin, and families.

A memorial service for Bolam will be held in the St Mary's Church, 329 Halswell Road, Halswell, Christchurch on Thursday 17th March at 11.30 am, followed by ash interment in the St Mary's Church Cemetery.
