Peacefully at Palmerston North Hospital on Monday 14 February 2011, aged 79 years.

Loved Mother of Garry & Jo Matthews (Aust), Sharron Matthews (USA), and Grandmother of Michael, Aleysha, and Kassandra.

Loved sister of Vera, Gwen, Pauline, and the late Ronald, Muriel and Oriel.
Loved Aunt of all her nieces and nephews, and her Salvation Army family at the Levin Corps.

A service for Pat will be held at the Salvation Army Worship Centre, Durham Street, Levin on Monday 21st February at 11.00am followed by private cremation at Horowhenua Crematorium, Levin.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Child Cancer would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
