McChesney Hugh Joseph (Joe) of Otaki.

Peacefully at Palmerston North Hospital on 6 February 2011.

Aged 87 years.

Dearly loved husband of the late Mardie.

Loved father and father in law of Anne and Jim, Matthew and Anne, Richard and Violet, Michael and Janice, Tony and Robyn, Gillian and Chris, Craig and Christine.

Loving Poppa of all his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Last living McChesney uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Loving brother of Norma Clifford (Otaki).

Thanks to all the staff of Oceanview and Masonic Village for their care and support.

A farewell service for Joe will be held at Harvey’s Chapel, 14 Rangitira Street, Otaki on Wednesday 9th February at 11am, followed by burial at Otaki Services Cemetery.
