On 29th December 2010 aged 84 years.

Dearly loved husband of Win, loved father of Anne Dobie, David, Patricia, Kathe, Barbara, and Mark, much loved Grandfather of Laura, Mark, Matthew, Adam, Alana, Holly, and Jake, loved brother and brother-in-law of Bill and Lorna, Colin (deceased) and Connie, Betty and Bob (both deceased), Pat (deceased) and Lois, and Keith and May. Kiwi Dad to Sandra and Jim.

Special thanks to the staff at Ward 5, Kenepuru Hospital and Les's caregivers Theresa, and Manuel.

A service to celebrate Les's life will be held in St. John's Catholic Church, Ngatoto Street Ngaio on Monday 3rd January 2011 at 11:00am followed by interment at the Makara Cemetery.
