Peacefully at Wellington Hospital after a brief illness.

Dearly loved wife and best friend of the late Bert. Treasured Mother of Anthony, Sue, Peter and the late Karen. Special "Aunty Dor" to Paul Robinson. Adoring Nana to Rebecca-Rose (Aust), Danielle, Karl, Liam and Flynn. Loved Mother-in-law of Jane, Pat, Deanna and Laverna.

Doreen's family would like to express their special thanks to the staff of the MAPU Unit and the Palliative Care Team for the care and compassion shown to Doreen.

A celebration of Doreen's life will be held at St. Anne's Catholic Church, Emmett Street, Newtown on Thursday 23rd December at 11.00am followed by private cremation.
The Rosary will be recited in the above church on Wednesday 22nd December at 7.00pm.
