ROACH Jason Patrick of Otaki.

Tragically as a result of an accident on 12 December 2010, aged 27 years.

Deeply loved son of Fleur and Repena, and Kelvin.

Much loved brother to Amber, Melissa, Colleen, Aleisha, Alizay, and Quaid.
Loving partner of Pareraukawa.

Will be forever remembered by all his whanau and Metez,

“Never forgotten”.

Jason will be lying at Raukawa Marae, Otaki, to be followed by a service at Rangiatea Anglican Church, Te Rauparaha St, Otaki on Thursday 16 December at 11.00am thereafter burial at the Rangiatea Urupa.
