Loving wife of Ian. Mother and mother in law of David and Anita, Sandra and Russell, Ngaire, Stephanie and David. Loved nana of Michael, Steven, Daniel, Cameron, Kerri, Monet, Aimee. Loved grand nana of Scarlett.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Wellington Free Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left on the day of the service.

A service for Hazel will be held in the Cockburn Street Chapel, cnr Onepu Road and Cockburn Street, Kilbirnie on Monday 8 November 2010 at 11:00am followed by private cremation.
