Peacefully on October 27th 2010 at Arohanui Hospice.

Loving mum of Sam, and Travis and Nan to Jaxton. Loved daughter of Pam and Haig. Loved sister of Jonathan, Andrew, and Hamish, sister in law of Julie, Julie, and Anne. Also loving partner of Matt and stepmum to his children Sam, Alex, and Josh.

Special thanks to Jan, Shelly, Shane and Erin for their support and care to Hayley and the family.

A service for Hayley will be held at Beauchamp Chapel, 167 John F Kennedy Drive, Palmerston North on Saturday October 30th 2010 at 10am. Followed by private cremation.
