Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving wife Penny, son Alex and daughter Rebecca and sister in law Caroline.
David's funeral service will be held at St.John the Baptist Church, Muhunoa East Road, Ohau at 11am on Wednesday 13 of October followed by a private cremation.
In lieu of flowers donations to Arohanui Hospice or The Cancer Society (Research) would be appreciated and may be left at the service.


Special thanks to the staff of the Wellington Cancer Centre, Community Specialist Nurses of Arohanui Hospice, and District Nurses, for their care of David over the last year.
