Peacefully at the Horowhenua Masonic Village Hospital, Levin on Sunday 5th September 2010, aged 63 years.

Loved only son of the late Frederick & Joyce.

Special thanks to Staff at the Masonic Village for their care of Tom.

A service for Tom will be held at Harvey’s Chapel, 284 Oxford Street, Levin on Wednesday 8th September at 11.00am, followed by private cremation at the Horowhenua Crematorium, Levin.
