On 28 August 2010, peacefully at his home with his family, aged 72 years.
Beloved husband and soulmate of Margaret.
Deeply loving father of Joanne and Glen, Jonathan and Clive.

A heart felt thanks to all the doctors and nurses that made it possible for David to stay at home during his illness.

A service for David will be held at St Mary’s Anglican Church, Cambridge Street, Levin, on Tuesday 31st August at 11.30am, followed by private cremation at Horowhenua Crematorium, Levin.

Donations to the Arohanui Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
