A service for Stephen will be held at the Salvation Army Worship Centre, Durham Street, Levin on Tuesday 17th August at 1.30pm followed by a private cremation at the Horowhenua Crematorium, Levin.

In lieu of flowers donations to The Life To The Max Trust would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
