Peacefully at her home on 22nd July 2010, aged 69 years.

Dearly loved wife of the late Don.

Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Craig and Barbara Fleming, Shane Fleming and Fiona Fleming.

Loved Grandma of Greg and Ruby.

A farewell service for Pat will be held at Harvey’s Chapel, 284 Oxford Street, Levin on Tuesday 27th July at 11.00am.

A funeral service will be held at Marsden House, 41 Nile Street, Nelson on Thursday 29th July at 1.00pm followed by a burial at the Richmond Cemetery.
