On Sunday January 3rd, 2010, at Cook Street Nursing Care Centre, Palmerston North.

After a long brave battle with cancer, aged 58 years.

Dearly loved husband of Barbara for 38 years.

Loved father and father in law of Sean and Maria (Perth), and Lee (Hervey Bay, Australia).

Loved grandfather of his 4 special grandchildren; Charles and Jennifer (Palmerston North) and Sarah and Emma (Perth).

Loved 3rd son of the late Thelma and Charlie of Wanganui.

Loved brother and brother in law of Jane and Peter Young (Wanganui), Robert (Wanganui), Bill (Auckland), Robyn (Taradale), Pauline and Wallie Taylor (Pukekohe), Bill and Anne Ingram (Dannevirke), Les and Val (Dannevirke) and Jack and Dawn (Australia).


Tom was always cherished by all his nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of a floral tribute a donation made to either the Manawatu Cancer society, PO.Box 5096 Palmerston North 4441 or to the Arohanui Hospice PO.Box 5349 Palmerston North 4441 would be appreciated or may be left at the service.

A service for Tom will be held in the Salvation Army Citadel, 431 Church Street, Palmerston North on Friday January 8th, 2010, at 1pm.

Private Cremation thereafter.
