On 22 December 2009 peacefully and with dignity at Wellington Hospital.

Much loved husband of Josephine, father of Antony and James and brother of Jim, Ros and Ruth. Teacher, Mentor and friend of many.

Special thanks to the staff of Ward 5N, Mary Potter Hospice and Maupuia Lifecare who have cared for Peter this year. Donations in Memory of Peter may be made to Mary Potter Hospice, PO Box 7442, Wellington South, Wellington.
