BAIN, Shirley Joan,

on 10th November 2009, peacefully at Wairarapa Hospital surrounded by family, aged 82.

Loving wife of Al. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Susan and Mark (Auckland), Stephen and Joy (Masterton), David (Auckland), and Arthur and Vanessa (Australia). Beloved Grandma of Patricia, Kirsty, Blair, and Curtis; Leila, Jody; and Jessica and loved great grandmother. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Lorna (deceased), Molly and the late Jesse James (Whangaporoa).

A service to celebrate Shirley's life will be held at Lansdowne Presbyterian Church, Totara Street, Masterton, on Friday 13th November at 10.30 followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations in Shirley's memory can be made to the Royal NZ Foundation of the Blind - Guide Dogs, sent to Private Bag 99941, Newmarket, Auckland 1149 or may be left at the service.
