VAN DUSSCHOTEN, Carol Ann (nee Lethaby)
on 15 September 2009, peacefully at Te Omanga Hospice. Aged 63 years.

Dearly beloved wife of the late Phil, mother of Natasha, Andrei, Phil and Wendy, and adored Oma Carol to her grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations Te Omanga would be appreciated and can be left at the service.

A Funeral service for Carol will be held in the Wesley Centre, cnr Benzie Avenue and Fergusson Drive, Upper Hutt on Monday September 21, at 1 pm followed by interment at Akatarawa Cemetery.
