Loved Grandad of Ryan & Esther (Christchurch), Bradley & Melanie (Hamilton), Chanelle (Cardiff), Melanie, and Corey Shanks (Levin).

Sadly missed cousin of Monica & Bruce Wilson (Otaki).

A celebration of Jack’s life will be held at Harvey’s Chapel, 284 Oxford Street, Levin on Tuesday 25 August at 1.00pm followed by a private cremation at the Horowhenua Crematorium, Levin.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Horowhenua Community Health Shuttle would be appreciated and may be left at the Chapel.
