PITTAMS Alfred (Fred) Charles on 10th June 2009, peacefully at Pohlen
Hospital, Matamata. Aged 83 years.

Dearly loved husband of the late Eileen and a loved partner and special
friend of Fay.
Much loved father and father-in-law of Garry & Jan and Wayne & Jenneane
and adored grandad of the late Tony & Lisa, Jay, Neil, Rachel and Michael.
Loved great grandfather of Andrew, Rhys, Logan and Blake.
A loved step grandfather of Bonnie and Carl.

Gone but not forgotten and rest in peace Fred.

A service to celebrate Fred's life will be held at The Matamata Club,
Rawhiti Ave, Matamata on Saturday 13th June at 11.00am, followed by
private cremation.

Donations in lieu of flowers are welcome for the Pohlen Hospital Trust,
Rawhiti Ave, Matamata, 3400 and may be left at the service.

Special thanks to Dr Craig Campbell and all the Pohlen Hospital staff
for their wonderful care of Fred.
