MITCHELL Lorna Muriel (nee Procter) of Otaki Beach.

On May 28th 2009 at Waikanae Country Lodge, finally! peacefully with joy! gone to be with her Lord, in her 86th year.

Eldest and beloved daughter of the late Chas and Muriel Procter Otaki.
Formerly married to the late Leslie B Mitchell (Lower Hutt).
Sister of Daphne Scott (dec), Joy Procter (dec) and Bernice D’ath (dec).

Cherished mother and mother-in-law to Bernard (Otaki), Alison (Allie Eagle, Bethells Beach/Otaki), Glen and Christine (Paraparaumu Beach), and grandmother to Sonya, Anita and Samantha.

Special thanks to the nurses and care givers of Waikanae Country Lodge, and before then Ocean View Rest Home at Otaki Beach for their special care of Mum over the past 5 years, also grateful thanks to all her friends for their support.

The celebration of Lorna’s life will be held at the Otaki Good News Centre, Mill Road, Otaki at 10.30am on Tuesday 2nd June and thereafter a burial at the Otaki Public Cemetery.

Prior to that Lorna will be at home at 17 Kapiti Lane for those who would like to share this special time with her and her family.
