RUSK, John Malcolm (Jack)
on 8th March 2009, peacefully at Pohlen Hospital, Matamata. Aged 84 years.

Dearly loved husband of Beryl for 63 years and much loved father and father-in-law of John & Judy (Iutita), Sheryl & Melville Mitchell, Raewyn & Dennis Hartridge, Joanne & Murray Williams and Colin & Brenda.

A very much loved Poppa of 17 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Now at rest and will be sadly missed by all.

A celebration of Jack's life will be held at the Matamata Club, Rawhiti Ave entrance, Matamata, on Thursday 12 March at 11.00am, followed by interment in the Tirau Cemetery.

Donations in lieu of Flowers would be welcome for Pohlen Hospital, Rawhiti Ave, Matamata and may be left at the service.
Special thanks to all the staff at Pohlen Hospital for their loving care of Jack.
