On 26 February 2009 in his 82nd year at Palmerston North after a short illness surrounded by his family.

Dearly loved husband of the late Ria Nora.
Cherished father and father-in-law of Moana & Goode (both deceased), Maria, Louise & Alwyn, Ahinata (John) & Rosalie, Miriona & Chris.
A loved Grandad to all his grand and great grandchildren.


Jack will lay in state at 87B Waerenga Road, Otaki.

A celebration and farewell of Jack’s life will be held at Rangiatea Church, Te Rauparaha Street, Otaki at 11.00am Monday 2nd March, thereafter a private cremation at the Horowhenua Crematorium, Levin.

A very special thanks to all medical personnel who cared for Dad.

In lieu of flowers a donation to the Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
