On January 11th 2009 following an illness aged 47 years.

Dearly loved husband of Angela.

Loving Dad to Alishia, Dayna, David and Madison.

Loved brother of Pena, Alison, Janet, and Graham.

A loved son-in-law of Rav, Noeline and Lorna and all extended family.

Many thanks to the staff of Arohanui Hospice, and District Nurses for their comfort and care given.

A celebration of Dave’s life will be held at Harvey’s Chapel, 284 Oxford Street, Levin on Thursday January 15th at 1.30pm thereafter private cremation at the Horowhenua Crematorium.

In lieu of flowers donations to Arohanui Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
