On December 13 2008, peacefully at Rahiri Lifestyle Village, Dannevirke.
Aged 91 years.

A loving Nana to all her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A farewell and celebration of Mavis’ life will be held at Harvey’s Chapel, 284 Oxford Street, Levin today Wednesday 17 December at 11am, thereafter burial at The Avenue Lawn Cemetery, Levin.
