Slade, Afeotualaina (nee Masoe)
Passed away peacefully on 27 November 2008 at Mary Potter Hospice, surrounded by her loving family, aged 88 years.

Beloved wife of the late Mapuilesua.
Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Tai'i & Eseta, Toufi, Lina (dec), Jean, Ruta, Usita'i, Fagamealalata & Litia, Pinofoa & James, Pitautau & Fagalilo, Rodney & Elaine (dec), Vaina & Papali'i, Charles & Loa, Tote & Russell, Peter & Cathy, Mulitalo & Fusi, Vaina Laititi & McKey, Tulitau & Senetima, Susana, Vegi, Osa, Loki, and Seiamoe & Vaea. Will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A family service will be held at the Congregational Church of Samoa, 180 Owen Street, Newtown, Wellington, on Wednesday 3 December 2008 at 6.00pm. The funeral service will be held in the same church on Thursday 4 December at 9:30am. Interment to take place at Manukau Memorial Garden 3:30pm that day.
