At Arohanui Hospice Palmerston North surrounded by his loving family on 6th September 2008, aged 76 years.

Loving partner and soul mate to Colleen Fuller.

Loved father to Russell and Suzy, Sally and Justin, Jason and Cath, Raewyn and Rod, Janie and Wayne, Bevan, Murray and Shelley.

Loving Husband of the late Ngaire.

A sadly missed grandad and greatgrandad to all his grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.

Many thanks to all the staff at Palmerston North Hospital and the Arohanui Hospice for their comfort and care given.

A celebration of Dave’s life will be held at Shannon Memorial Hall Grey Street Shannon on Tuesday 9th Sept at 12.00 noon , thereafter private cremation at the
Horowhenua Crematorium, Levin.

In lieu of flowers Donations to the Arohanui Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
