Passed away on the 4th September 2008.

Aged 78 years.

Dearly loved wife of Hendricus.

Most loved mother and mother-in-law of Ann and Graham Carpenter (Australia), Peter and Sandra (Wellington), Stephen and Margaret (Australia), Mark and Sandra (Wellington).

Most adored and special Oma of Emma, Ross, Anthony and Katie, Jason, Alisa, Georgia, Dylan, Zara (dec), Ryan and Ashley.
Step Oma to Alex and Aleisha.

She will be missed by all.

Special thanks to Dr Herbert and the wonderful staff at Palmerston North Hospital.

Rosary will be held at St Mary’s Catholic Church, Convent Road, Otaki on Tuesday 9th September at 7.00pm.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday 10th September at 11.00am followed by a burial at Pukekaraka Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations to the St. Peter Chanel School, Otaki would be appreciated and may be left at the Church.
