On 31 July 2008 peacefully at Palmerston North Hospital aged 76 years.

Much loved husband of Pauline.
Loving Dad and father-in-law to Michael and Linda and Bouzid.
Beloved Grandad to Nick, Renee, Amanda, Terina, Riria-Rose, and Aden.
Cherished Great Grandad to Hope.

A celebration of David's life will be held at Harvey's Chapel, 284 Oxford Street, Levin on Tuesday August 5th at 2.00pm, thereafter private cremation at the Horowhenua Crematorium Levin.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the NZ Heart Foundation would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
