As the result of an accident in London on 26th July 2008. Aged 26 years.

Treasured son of Anne and Kevin.
Much loved brother of Rochelle.
Loved grandson, nephew, cousin and friend of many.

A memorial service and celebration of Vaughan's life will be held at
The Salvation Army Community Centre, Durham Street, Levin,
on Wednesday 6th August 2008 at 1.30pm.
