On March 6th 2008 aged 78 years.

Long time friend and partner to Alice Candy for 24 years. Former husband of Eileen. Much loved father and father-in-law of Lance and Ann (Aust), Clive and Leisa (Aust). Much loved grandfather of Michael, Kate, and Casey (Aust). Loved stepfather of Marylen, Roycelen, Evelen, Ted, and Helen.

A Service for Ron will be held at the Otaki Presbyterian Church, Mill Road Otaki on Tuesday March 11, 2008 at 2:00pm followed by cremation at the Horowhenua Crematorium, Levin.
