TAM, Fok-Hing (Hing), late of Kilbirnie – Passed on Friday 15th August 2025, aged 89 years.

Dearly loved husband of Tien Tsan.
Loving father of Eddie & Alan.
Devoted grandfather of Julian, Patricia, Holly and Justin.
Brother-in-law of Raymond Wong.
Loved by all his wider family and friends.

Hing was the founder of Hing’s Tofu, back in the 1980’s. A pioneer in the industry, well known in the Chinese restaurant community in Wellington.
