HOWIE, Hugh Maxwell (late of Heretaunga) – On 20 June 2025, peacefully at St Joseph’s Lifecare Upper Hutt, aged 80 years.

Dearly loved husband of Marina.
Loving father and father-in-law of Louise and Warwick, Yvette and Richard.
Loving grandfather of Christian, Brooke and Grace.
Son of the late Thomas and Eleanor Howie.
Brother and brother-in-law of Conny, Fred, Gus and the late Bill.
Loved by his nieces, nephews and extended family.

A service for Hugh will be held at the Heretaunga Community Church, 51 Lane Street, Wallaceville, Upper Hutt on Friday 27 June at 11:00am, thereafter private cremation.
