Peacefully on Sunday, 19 January 2025, in Bupa Fergusson Care Home, Upper Hutt, aged 94 years.

Survived by 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Beloved husband of the late Elaine. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Judith and Andrew, and Gary and Anita. Adored grandfather of 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

A Memorial Service to celebrate Jack’s life will be held in Knox Presbyterian Church, 574 High Street, Lower Hutt on Tuesday, 25 February, at 10.30am.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Wellington Free Ambulance would be appreciated and can be left at www.wfa.org.nz.
