peacefully at Te Rangimarie Hospice on Monday 10 December 2007. Aged 62 years.

Beloved husband of Maureen. Cherished father and father-in-law of Lois & Wayne and the late Glen Campbell, Danny & Nadine, Jackie, and Jason & Lisa. Special Poppa and Granddad of Nicholas, and Kimberly; Kevin, Bradley, and Jacob; Jess, Matthew, and Raven; and Becky.
